I create digital resources and experiences designed to help you question what you've inherited, notice what isn't working, and make more intentional choices. Please review this policy before purchasing.
All digital products—including eBooks, guides, journals, conversation decks, courses, and downloads—are delivered electronically.
Because access is provided immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Please review the product description before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, such as a broken link, missing file, or download error, contact me within 7 days of purchase and I'll make sure you receive what you ordered.
All private sessions, consultations, workshops, and other booked services are non-refundable once purchased due to the time and availability reserved for you.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date unless otherwise stated.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
If your purchase includes a follow-up session, that session must be scheduled within the timeframe specified in the offer.
If you accidentally purchase the same product or service more than once, contact me with your order details. Duplicate purchases may be refunded at my discretion.
If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact me as soon as possible so I can investigate.
