Have you thanked a woman today?
It really shouldn’t be a revolutionary question.
Women are raising people, caring for people, remembering everything, organizing everything, supporting everyone, keeping things moving—and somehow, being taken for granted is still part of the job description.
So here we are.
Not because women are perfect.
Not because a “thank you” fixes inequality, invisible labor, or generations of expectation.
But because noticing is a start.
And apparently, some of us need the reminder.
Notice a woman.
Not just what she does for you.
Her.
Recognize her. Appreciate her. Thank her.
Preferably before she has to point out everything she’s been doing.
Before mother. Wife. Daughter. Employee. Caregiver. Problem-solver. Keeper of everybody's everything.
A person.
And people deserve to be seen for more than what they provide.
So yes, I’m going to keep asking.
Have you thanked a woman today?
